My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, but there were some issues with the rooms and facilities. The dining options were limited, although the service tried to make the best of the situation.
Rooms

The rooms needed major updating and repairs, and the lighting was very poor. The gym and sauna were not up to par, and the basement location was disappointing.

The hotel, although in Richfield, UT, was central and accommodated the bridal party well.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were limited, with a meager breakfast spread. However, the restaurant had a nice selection that made up for it.
Facilities

The facilities, including the gym and sauna, needed major updates. The sparse gym lacked proper machine use instructions for safety.

5.8/10
The hotel ended up being in an actual basement which was quite disappointing, but there were plenty of complementary amenities provided at no extra charge. The rooms lacked enough power jacks, had spotty Wi-Fi, a stingy breakfast, and very bad lighting. The gym was spare and could have used machine instructions for safety, and the sauna was broken.
Rooms
5.0
The room setup had some drawbacks like not enough power jacks and spotty Wi-Fi. The breakfast was a bit stingy, and the lighting was very poor, which made the stay less comfortable. The gym and sauna were not in the best of conditions, with the gym lacking proper instructions for machine use.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, especially considering the challenging circumstances. The support I received, even though the staff had the day off, was truly commendable.
Location
8.0
The location was central and great for accessibility to nearby spots like Melinda's, the restaurant in the motel.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited and basic, with a simple menu consisting of oatmeal, toast, and bananas. It lacked variety and a more satisfying selection of dishes.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were subpar, with the gym and sauna not being properly maintained or operational. The overall provision of amenities was lacking for a complete and enjoyable stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the service was fantastic and the staff were kind and accommodating, the room left much to be desired. The location was convenient for my needs, and the dining options were decent. However, the facilities were lacking in some areas.
Rooms
5.0
The room was a bit disappointing. The power jacks were insufficient, the maintenance was lacking with light bulbs hanging out of lamps, and finding hair in the tub drain was not pleasant. On the bright side, the room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was the highlight of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They were incredibly friendly, even when I checked in late. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of mints, candy, and complimentary water.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient for my overnight stay in Richfield. It was central and easily accessible, catering to approximately 100 people. While it may not offer breathtaking views, it served its purpose well.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. While the food quality was good and there was a nice selection, the service was slow, and there wasn't much variety in the menu. Overall, it was satisfactory but could use some improvement.
Facilities
The hotel facilities were average. Nothing really stood out, but they served their basic functions.
